| Poor suction | • | The dirty water level in the tank is too high. When the max level is reached, the machine suction gets reduced and produces an anomalous noise. | • | Empty and replenish the tank with clean water up to the minimum level. This tank (black with a transparent cover) shall always be filled up to the minimum level (just above the two protruding marks inside the same tank). | ||||||||||||||||
| • | The flexible hose is clogged |
• | Disconnect and eliminate any dirt (rinse several times with lukewarm water).
| • | Wands and accessories are clogged | • | Remove any dirt. | |||||||||||||||||
| • | The flexible hose is not properly fitted. | • | The end of the hose must be inserted up to end of stroke. If the hose is properly fitted, the light grey cap will enter perfectly its seat (slot on the hose end). |
|||||||||||||||||
| • | Filters are dirt (Hepa filter, activated carbon filter, motor filter, float filter). | • | Clean the filters | |||||||||||||||||
| • | The float has been wrongly fitted. | • | Check the float position. | |||||||||||||||||
| • | The tank filters are not properly fitted. | • | Check and re-place the filters. | |||||||||||||||||
| Anomalous motor noise |
• | The dirty water in the tank has reached the max level and the float device has triggered to avoid water infiltration in the motor. | • | Empty and fill the tank up to the minimum level before using the machine.
| • | Water leakage from the Hepa filter side (white filter on the right side of the machine seen from the front) | • | No problem: the machine will run normally and safely. Too much water has been sucked and the max level has been exceeded, so water has entered the motor and flows out of the filter. Check that the float is properly fitted and make sure the round light-blue filter is in correct position. | |||||||||||||||||
| • | The small light-blue filter has been sucked by the motor. | • | Turn off the machine. | |||||||||||||||||
| No steam release | • | The steam adjustment knob is closed (wheel in front of the hose handle). | • | Turn the wheel counter-clockwise. | ||||||||||||||||
| • | Turn on the machine and press the steam button some times until you hear a clicking. | |||||||||||||||||||
| • | The light warning there is no water in the boiler is lit. | • | Fill the boiler with water and wait some 30 minutes. If the light doesn’t go off, call in your nearest Customer care service. | |||||||||||||||||
| Noise when the machine is turned on | • | The cold water pump is loading the boiler. | • | È normale così, la macchina non ha nessun problema. | ||||||||||||||||
| The buzzer doesn’t stop sounding even when the tank is full with water | • | Have the machine checked by an authorised Customer Care service. | ||||||||||||||||||
